Before his role at Tech Mahindra, Richard held the position of Executive Vice President and HR Head at Infosys Ltd., contributing as a director to the boards of Infosys Consulting and Infosys China since starting his career at Godrej group in 1996.

He is known for his strategic advisory role within India's start-up ecosystem, offering guidance on people strategies. His expertise covers organizational change, scaling human resources processes, fostering sustainable growth, and mentoring leadership to cultivate exceptional workplaces centered on human-first principles.
