Scripbox Onboards Prabhanjan Kulkarni as Its CHRO

Prabhan Kulkarni joins Scripbox as its CHRO, following his seven-year tenure at redBus.

Scripbox, a prominent Indian digital wealth management platform, has named Prabhan Kulkarni as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing on board an experienced HR and technology professional as the company looks to scale operations and strengthen organizational capabilities.

His appointment follows nearly seven years at redBus, where he drove several HR transformation programs.

At Scripbox, Kulkarni will play a key role in advancing the fintech's talent agenda as it pushes for accelerated growth in the highly competitive wealth management landscape. Senior leadership noted that his responsibilities will include shaping a scalable, people-first organisation, elevating employee experience, and building capability across functions.

Prabhanjan Kulkarni's Career Highlights

Kulkarni brings over 20 years of experience across software engineering, HR shared services, people operations, and workforce strategy. He began his professional journey in 2001 as a software engineer at Dotcom Software before transitioning into HR and people's leadership roles.

Before joining Scripbox, he served as Head of Human Resources at redBus and has previously held roles at Ola and Cisco. He holds an MBA in General Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.

The appointment comes at a time when digital wealth and financial platforms are expanding quickly and competing intensively for specialized talent. Industry experts note that strong HR leadership will be central to shaping culture, improving retention, and aligning workforce planning with long-term growth priorities.
