About Roshelle
Before joining Tenet Healthcare, Roshelle served as the Regional Human Resources Manager - Corporate at Broward Health for two and a half years, where she played a key role in implementing HR policies and overseeing employee relations. Prior to that, she worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Broward Health for nearly three years, focusing on developing HR policies and improving employee engagement .
Earlier in her career, Roshelle gained experience as a Client Services Coordinator for Mayo Clinic at RightSourcing, where she provided essential HR support for about three years. She also worked as a Recruiter at TEKsystems for roughly two years, specializing in IT staffing solutions and talent management.
Roshelle's move from Broward Health to Tenet Healthcare highlights her experience in promoting an inclusive culture and implementing strategic HR practices. Her bilingual abilities in English and Spanish will help her engage with a diverse workforce and support the creation of an equitable workplace.
