Beth Galetti is passionate about fostering global collaboration, developing talent, and creating solutions. She oversees the recruitment, growth, development, and support of more than 560,000 employees of Amazon in 50 countries. She has worked to develop a scientific and technology organization creating world-class, intuitive HR products that are designed to continually improve the candidate and employee experience. She has completed a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from Colorado Technical University.
