Kathleen Hogan

Kathleen Hogan is the Chief People Officer at Microsoft and is instrumental in shaping the cultural transformation of the company for a mobile and cloud-based system. She joined the company in the year 2003 in the position of Worldwide Field Operations and Customer and Partner Experience. She is a member of the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen Board of Directors for the Cure and the Technology Services Industry Association Kathleen Hogan works to create a culture that attracts and inspires the most passionate talent in the world. Empowering more than 140,000 employees of the company, she is putting in all her efforts to transform the company culture into a more diverse, inclusive environment where everyone can learn and thrive. She sits on the board of the National Center for Women & Information Technology. She earned her bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University, and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
