Brycz is heading the HR function at GM as the senior vice president, Global Human Resources. Her dexterity in creating impactful enterprise-wide employee engagement systems, a sustainable framework for talent development and a support mechanism for strategic planning is widely acclaimed. She is steering two GM’s employee resource groups and is fervently contributing to the executive boards for the GM Asian Connections and GM Women Group. Brycz has been GM’s executive champion sponsor for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer initiative. As the Senior VP, Global HR, Kimberly (Kim) J Brycz is in charge of an HR team and systems for enterprise-wide employee engagement, talent development, and support for strategic planning at all levels at General Motors. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University.
