In her 19 years at Nike, Monique Matheson has overseen all aspects of talent management and diversity and inclusion. Her roles at the company have included VP and Senior Business Partner, leading HR for the North America geography; Global Product Creation (footwear, apparel, and equipment), Global Finance and NIKE, Inc. Affiliates. She practiced employment law prior to joining Nike. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from the University of Washington, as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) in employment law from the School of Law at Indiana University Bloomington.
