Tracey Grabowski believes in empowering leaders; building productive, powerful, and effective organizations; and creating a principled, inclusive, and values-driven environment. She has significant experience in supporting business and organization outcomes through large-scale organizational change. Her mission is to unleash the potential and contribution of P&G employees in over 70 countries. She has built HR expertise in talent management and leadership development as well as compensation, benefits, and employee relations. She is a member of the HR policy association and of the Board of Directors at United Way of Greater Cincinnati. She earned a bachelor’s degree in management and economics from the University of Dayton.
